Your profile holds your personal data, password and two-factor authentication (2FA). To open it, click User in the top bar and choose User profile.
The top of the page shows your name, the account status ("Enabled" or "Disabled") and the More… menu.
Personal data
The User information section has the fields First name, Last name, Email and Phone number.
- Click a field and change the value.
- Once you change something, the Cancel and Save buttons appear — click Save.
Change password
- Click Change password.
- Enter the Old password, the New password, and repeat it in Confirm password.
- Click Change. The message "Password was successfully changed" appears.
If the old password is wrong, you see "Wrong old password". Cancel closes the form without changes.
If you forgot your password and cannot sign in, reset it from the sign-in page, see Registration and login.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA is mandatory: you set it up at your first sign-in (see Registration and login).
- If 2FA is not on yet, the profile shows an Enable 2FA button.
- If 2FA is on, Regenerate 2FA issues a new QR code — for example, when you change phones. Scan it in your authenticator app.
You cannot switch 2FA off yourself. If you lost access to the authenticator app, contact the account owner: they can reset your 2FA (Reset 2FA), and you set it up again at the next sign-in.
