Uploading the package
The representative uploads files or photographs documents with a camera. The service immediately checks legibility and format and asks to re-shoot an unreadable page.
Checking constitutional documents without manual retyping: a representative uploads the charter, the decision appointing the director, a power of attorney and a company card, and NeuroVision extracts the fields, matches them against the USRLE and finds traces of edits in the scan. Anything disputed goes to your employee.
The charter says who appoints the director, the decision says who was appointed, the power of attorney says to whom the right to sign was delegated. The service checks all three links and matches them against the register.
An employee pages through the scan, looks for the name, the governing bodies and the director's term of office, and copies the details into the card. The service extracts the fields and fills them into the form — the employee only has to review.
The appointment decision is already signed, but the USRLE still shows the previous head: the company has seven working days to report the change. The check shows the mismatch and its reason, not just “does not match”.
The power of attorney was signed by a person who was no longer the head on the date of issue. The eye cannot see it — only comparing the date of the power of attorney with the date of the register entry does.
A new address pasted over the old one, a stamp moved from another document, a page taken from an earlier edition of the charter. Scan anti-fraud finds such traces before an account is opened or a contract is signed.
OCR of constitutional documents reads printed and handwritten text, determines the document type and returns the fields as JSON. Three sets — by the task the document solves.
The charter and the company card.
Decision, minutes, power of attorney.
The limit of automation.
The register is the benchmark: its data is considered reliable until changes are entered. Each field of a document is compared with the record and its date. Which fields come from the register and how to keep them fresh — on the USRLE extract via API page.
Full and short name, legal form in the charter and the card match the register. An old name in the charter is a reason to request the current edition.
Numbers from the card and the title page are matched against the register, and check digits are verified. A typo in a single digit sends a payment to another company.
The address in the documents against the address in the USRLE. If the register marks the address as unreliable, the check will show that too.
The director's full name from the decision and the power of attorney against the person who can act without a power of attorney in the register. If the decision is fresher than seven working days, the mismatch is marked “awaiting entry”, not as an error.
Who signed the appointment decision — the participants recorded in the register, or outsiders. Shares and beneficial owners — on the UBO page.
If the register notes a model charter, a company's own charter is a reason to clarify. The date of the charter edition is matched against the entries on changes to the constitutional document.
A text fragment differs in font, sharpness or background: an address or a full name pasted over the original. Detecting forged legal-entity documents most often starts here.
Signatures and stamps are in place, the impression is legible, and the name and OGRN on the stamp match the register. An impression identical to the pixel on different documents is a sign of transfer.
A power of attorney issued before the director's appointment, a decision signed after the participants changed, an expired power of attorney. Logical inconsistencies between dates and fields are visible only when the whole package is checked together.
A scan from a monitor, a black-and-white printout, a repeatedly re-photographed copy. It is not always a forgery, but always a reason to request the original file.
Charter sheets of different quality, a different edition or with broken numbering: the page with the governing bodies may have been taken from another document.
Physical changes to a paper original: an erasure, an added digit, a corrected date. On a scan they show as breaks in the background and lines.
A sign is a reason for your employee to decide, not an automatic refusal. How a person's documents are checked — on the document authenticity checks.
The right to sign is built from three documents and a register entry. The law says what must be in each link — the service checks that the link is in place.
AI analysis of constitutional documents runs in the same session as the KYB check of the company: the representative uploads the package once.
Automation removes routine and finds mismatches. The legal conclusion on authority for a specific transaction is made by a person. In-depth checks with experts are covered by the due diligence.
The service: extracts the fields from all documents in the package and matches them with each other and with the USRLE.
Person: confirms the fields where recognition confidence is low.
The service: flags signs of an editor, a transferred stamp, a copy, impossible dates.
Person: decides whether to request the original or to refuse.
Lawyer: reads the charter restrictions, the approval procedure for major and interested-party transactions, and the powers under the power of attorney for a specific contract.
The service: shows where in the charter the section on governing bodies is.
Lawyer or expert: checks the notarial certification, examines the original and, if necessary, orders an expert examination.
The service: extracts the notary's details and the register number for such a check.

A company representative uploads the charter, the decision appointing the director, a power of attorney and a card. The service determines the type of each document, extracts the fields, matches them against the USRLE and looks for traces of edits. A package that matches passes automatically; mismatches go to your employee.
It is text recognition of charters, decisions and powers of attorney — printed and handwritten — with fields identified: name, numbers, address, director, terms. The fields arrive as JSON and fill the client's form.
The charter or a note of a model charter, a sole participant's decision or meeting minutes on appointing the director, a representative's power of attorney, a company card, a USRLE entry sheet. Scans, camera photos and PDFs.
A signature does not guarantee currency: the director may have been replaced, the address declared unreliable, the charter amended. Register data is considered reliable until changes are entered, so the register is the benchmark for matching.
A charter and a power of attorney have no security features like a passport. A forgery is given away by traces of a graphics editor, a transferred stamp, impossible dates, pages from another edition and mismatches with the register. Your employee decides on such a sign.
The company has seven working days to report the change. If the appointment decision is fresh, the check marks the mismatch as “awaiting entry”. Repeat the check after the entry is made or request the entry sheet.
The service extracts the notary's details, the register number, the date and the term, and matches the principal and the signatory against the USRLE. The notarial act itself can be confirmed in the notary profession's open services — your employee does this.
No. Charter restrictions, approval of major transactions and the scope of authority under a power of attorney are assessed by a lawyer. The service shows the chain of authority and where the charter's section on governing bodies is.
