    • Checking clients and counterparties from a 1C or CRM record
    • Document recognition for mass registrations
    • Employee data without manual entry
  • Compliance consultants, lawyers and auditors

    • Implementing internal control rules under 115‑FZ

    • Russian software from the register in the portfolio
    • Connection via REST API and Web SDK
    • Supply through your partner network

Four partnership formats: from referral to distribution

  • Integration into client projects

What you do. You embed document, face and database checks into a banking system, 1C, CRM, ERP or the client’s product via REST API or Web SDK, and run the project.

What NeuroVision does. Test access, documentation, consulting during implementation.

Contract. The client receives rights to the platform under a licence agreement; your work is under your contract with the client. More details — for integrators.

  • Client referral

What you do. You introduce your clients to NeuroVision: compliance consultants, lawyers, auditors, outsourcing. You do not have to run the implementation.

What NeuroVision does. Platform presentation, test access, contract and client connection.

Contract. Agency: you act in the interests of NeuroVision; the terms of remuneration are discussed and fixed in the contract.

  • Platform resale

What you do. You include NeuroVision in your solutions or service packages and sell to clients in your own name; the widget is branded for the client.

What NeuroVision does. Platform, updates and technical support — the mode and channels are set by the contract.

Contract. Sublicensing: resale of rights to the platform — with the consent of the rights holder.

  • Distribution

What you do. You offer NeuroVision to your partner network and handle supplies. Since August 2026, NeuroVision products in Russia have been distributed by the IT distributor TERA.

What NeuroVision does. The terms of supply and work with your network are fixed by an agreement.

Contract. Licence agreement with the distributor.

The format depends on who manages the client and who implements the verification. You can start with one and move to another — for example, after the first projects an agent becomes an integrator.
The names of the contracts are a general guide, not a legal opinion: we will propose a specific scheme for your company after we meet.

Which products you offer to clients

The client pays for completed checks, with no subscription fee. So it is easy to start with one task and expand: first the passport, then database checks, then companies. Check prices · Industry scenarios

How to become a partner: from application to first client

Partnership begins with a conversation about your clients, not with signing a contract. The technical path to connecting to the API is separate, on the page about the API and SDK.

Step 1

Application

Submit an application in the form and choose a format: integration, referral, resale or distribution. Tell us which clients you work with and what verification tasks they have.

Contract, client data and support: who is responsible for what

A partnership has three parties: your client, you and NeuroVision. Below is who is responsible for what by law and by contract in a typical scheme.

  • NeuroVision grants the right to use the platform under a licence agreement (Art. 1235 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) LawNeuroVision
  • Resale of rights by the partner — a sublicence agreement, permitted with the licensor’s written consent (Art. 1238 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) LawPartnerAsk your lawyer
  • Referring clients for remuneration — an agency agreement (Art. 1005 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation); remuneration — under its terms LawPartner

  • The personal data operator is your client: it decides whom to check and why, and obtains consents LawClient
  • NeuroVision and a partner that processes data act on the operator’s instruction; the instruction sets out the list of actions, purposes and protection measures (Part 3, Art. 6, 152‑FZ) LawPartnerNeuroVision
  • The operator is liable to the data subject, and the person acting on instruction is liable to the operator (Part 5, Art. 6, 152‑FZ) Law

  • Integration into the client’s system is run by the integrator partner under its own contract Partner
  • Platform, updates and technical support — NeuroVision; the mode and channels of support — under the contract NeuroVision
  • The verification scenario, user roles and results retention period are set by the client in the account Client

  • The platform is included in the register of Russian software: entry no. 19972 of 13.11.2023 NeuroVision
  • Transfer of rights to software from the register is exempt from VAT (subpara. 26, para. 2, Art. 149 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation) — your accountant checks whether this applies to your scheme LawPartnerAsk your lawyer
  • Whether a register entry applies to a specific procurement depends on its terms and the software class — this is checked by the procuring organisation LawClient

Questions about the partner programme

Submit an application in the form on this page and choose a format: integration, client referral, resale or distribution. A partner manager will contact you, show the platform, give you test access and propose a contract scheme.

The terms depend on the format and volume: for an agent — remuneration terms under the agency agreement, for an integrator — prices for projects, for a reseller — resale terms. There is no single price list for partners on the site; we will send the terms in writing after we meet.

An integrator embeds verification in the client’s system and runs the project — more details for integrators. An agent recommends NeuroVision to clients, while we take on the contract and connection ourselves.

The verification widget is branded for the client: logo, colours, texts and languages. Resale of rights to the platform in your name is formalised by a sublicence agreement with NeuroVision’s consent — we will discuss the scheme when we meet.

Not to start: the platform works as a NeuroVision cloud service, and connection is via REST API or Web SDK. If the client needs a different hosting option, we discuss it separately — more details on the page On-premises installation and private cloud.

The personal data operator is your client. NeuroVision and the partner, if it processes data, act on the operator’s instruction (Part 3, Art. 6, 152‑FZ); the operator is liable to individuals, and the person acting on instruction is liable to the operator (Part 5, Art. 6). The roles are fixed in the contracts.

We give test access to the platform on request: set up a scenario and run the client’s documents before signing the contract. The period and terms for partners are specified by the manager when we meet. To show a client, there is a demo.

Yes. Since August 2026, NeuroVision products in Russia have been distributed by the IT distributor TERA. We discuss terms of work with other distributors on request.

Yes, via REST API: the check is launched from the client or counterparty record, and the result is requested via the API and returned to the system. How it works — on the pages KYC module for CRM, ERP and 1C and for integrators.

Yes. Client reviews — on the home page; we will show examples of implementations at a meeting. Which companies can be named publicly, we decide with each client.
