Document photo
The receptionist photographs a patient’s passport, policy and SNILS, and on the booking site the patient does it themselves. For an online contract, Liveness and a face match against the passport photo are added.
A clinic keeps every patient’s passport details, SNILS and compulsory health insurance (OMS) policy number, and the receptionist still retypes them at the desk. We read the passport, policy, SNILS and a handwritten form without manual entry, check the document for authenticity and, for an online contract, add Liveness and a face match against the passport photo. Entry to a telemedicine consultation goes through Gosuslugi — we cover the documents around it.
Each card shows whom a medical organisation checks and which products to connect for it. Detailed pages will appear in this section; telemedicine and reception are briefly described below.
Clinics and telemedicine
A patient at the reception desk and at an online consultation: documents without manual entry.
Passport, OMS policy, SNILS and the patient’s form go into the HIS record without retyping. A paid-services contract online — a document and Liveness.
Entry to a consultation is through Gosuslugi, the rest without manual entry: passport, OMS policy and SNILS into the medical record, a birth certificate with a parent’s passport, a voluntary health insurance policy from its holder, doctors’ documents and Liveness.
Trials and a medical platform
A trial participant and a separate NeuroVision product for clinics.
Identifying trial participants: a participant’s and a legal representative’s document at enrolment in a trial.
A separate NeuroVision product for clinics. Details are on the NeuroMed website.
A clinic keeps records on every patient: document, SNILS, OMS policy, address. One wrong digit — and the record does not match in the personalised register.
Health data is a special category of personal data and medical confidentiality, and in telemedicine identity is confirmed through Gosuslugi.

Document recognition of a patient replaces manual entry at the desk and in the call centre. Each field arrives separately — into the HIS record, a contract or a referral.
Full name, date and place of birth, registration address, series and number — in a second.
Document anti-fraud: a photo of a screen, a printout, a pasted-in photo, corrections.
Policy number and full name — from the form into the record fields.
A patient without a policy shows a passport — the reception finds the policy number in its own system.
Number and full name — from a card or a notification, by template.
Match of full name and SNILS — a database check for 5 ₽.
A patient’s handwritten form — block capitals written by hand into the fields.
Signature and marks on a consent and a referral: we record that they are present.
Four stages, sixteen lines. A tag shows who closes the line: our check, your HIS, Gosuslugi or the doctor.
Digital patient identification starts with the question whose document is in front of you. Each participant has their own session and their own set of fields.
We read the passport, policy, SNILS, form and consent, and check the document for authenticity and the match of full name and SNILS. For an online contract — Liveness and a one-time face match against the passport photo.
Entry to a telemedicine consultation goes through ESIA. The patient record, the medical records and the personalised register are kept in your HIS.
Consent to an intervention, a diagnosis, prescriptions and disclosure of medical confidentiality are decisions of the medical organisation. We do not keep the medical record and do not make a diagnosis.
A patient is not recognised by face: at a repeat visit the document is presented again.
One wrong digit out of sixteen
A receptionist types the policy digits by hand and gets one wrong. Recognition transfers the number from the form, and the full name and SNILS are matched against the database.
A patient came with a relative’s document
The full name and date of birth from the passport and the policy are compared in one session — a mismatch is visible at once.
A picture of someone else’s passport from a monitor
For an online booking people send a picture of someone else’s passport from a monitor or a printout. Anti-fraud flags a photo of a screen, a photocopy and a pasted-in photo.
A certificate is collected by a person without a document
The recipient’s passport is read and compared with the record; the reception checks a representative’s authority.
Signed by someone who is not a legal representative
Consent to an intervention for a child under 15 is signed by someone who is not a legal representative. The parent’s passport and the birth certificate go into the record together.
Art. 94
The clinic keeps patient data without errors
The law leaves the identification of telemedicine participants to Gosuslugi. Everything around the entry — the contract, the representative, discharge summaries — the service collects itself, and this is where recognition works.
A patient enters a consultation through Gosuslugi: this is required by the health protection law. We do not replace this step and do not confirm identity in place of ESIA.
The passport of a patient or a customer is read in the app and the contract fields are filled in without typing. A forgery and a photo of a screen are flagged before payment.
For a child under 15 consent is given by a parent. Their passport goes through a separate session, and the birth certificate — by form template.
For a deferred consultation the doctor studies the patient’s medical documents. Discharge summaries, referrals and forms go into data without retyping.
Reception automation starts with documents: the receptionist does not retype the passport but checks ready-made fields.
The receptionist puts the passport under a camera or a scanner — the full name, date of birth, address and document number arrive in the HIS form.
The policy number and SNILS are transferred from the form, and the full name and SNILS are matched against the database. An error in one digit does not reach the register.
A patient fills in a paper form in the queue. Block capitals written by hand are recognised, and the receptionist checks doubtful fields by eye.
Documents do not leave the clinic’s server: the platform is installed in Docker inside your perimeter and is listed in the Russian software registry, entry no. 19972.
One scenario for the reception desk and the booking site. The result — ready-made fields in your HIS.
Five products of one platform and a separate platform for clinics. Connect only what you need: OCR for a clinic, a document check, Liveness or database checks.
A Russian passport and documents of 195+ countries and territories, an OMS policy and SNILS by template.
Patient forms, consents and referrals filled in by hand in block capitals.
Fields of a paid-services contract and a form — by your form template.
A live person in front of the camera for an online contract: photos, masks and deepfakes do not pass.
A full name and SNILS match, passport validity — for 5 ₽.
A separate NeuroVision product for clinics — details are on the NeuroMed website.
The price is per KYC session of one person and per database check. No subscription fee: the more checks a year, the lower the price.
from 16 ₽ per session
A Russian passport or a foreigner’s document without manual entry, anti-fraud: a photo of a screen, a printout, a pasted-in photo, corrections. An additional document — 10 ₽.
Everything from “Document”, plus Liveness and a face match against the passport photo. For a paid-services contract and a consultation arranged online.
5 ₽ per check
A full name and SNILS match, passport validity.
One session — one person: a legal representative goes through their own. An OMS policy, SNILS, forms and consents by your form template — price on request. At 10 000 checks a year the “Document” session is 18 ₽ by the calculator. Test period — 1 month.
Recognition is embedded in the receptionist’s workstation, in online booking and in a mobile app. Steps are switched on by scenario rules: only a document at the desk, a document and Liveness for an online contract.
A clinic needs a supplier that removes manual entry and does not take patient data outside its perimeter.
Recognition of printed and handwritten documents works on one platform with the authenticity check and Liveness. The receptionist checks ready-made fields instead of typing them.
One request instead of two vendors.

Briefly on the concepts from the health protection law, the telemedicine procedure and the work of a reception desk.
Document recognition, Liveness and personal data protection — in our blog.
It is getting data about a patient from their documents without manual entry: a passport, an OMS policy, SNILS, a form. For online registration, Liveness and a face match against the passport photo are added to the document. The data goes into the HIS record.
The personalised register holds the full name, sex, date and place of birth, citizenship, identity document details, address, SNILS and the OMS policy number if available, and data on the care provided. They are listed in Article 94 of the law on the fundamentals of health protection.
No. For the identification and authentication of telemedicine consultation participants the law requires ESIA. We read the documents of the patient and the representative, the contract and the medical documents for the consultation.
Yes. The policy number and full name are transferred from the form, SNILS — by the document template. A full name and SNILS match can additionally be checked against the database — 5 ₽.
The law allows presenting an identity document instead of a policy, and for a child under 14 — a birth certificate. The passport is read in a second, and the reception finds the policy number in its own system.
No. We match a face with the passport photo only for online registration. At a repeat visit the patient presents the document again.
Consent to an intervention for a child under 15 is given by a parent or another legal representative. The parent’s passport goes through its own session, and the birth certificate is read by the form template.
Yes. Forms, informed consents and referrals filled in by hand in block capitals are read into fields. A signature is not read — we record that it is present.
In Russia: in our cloud or on the clinic’s servers if installed in Docker. Your HIS keeps the medical record. NeuroVision is listed in the Russian software registry, entry no. 19972.
NeuroMed® is a separate NeuroVision product for clinics; details are on its website. This page covers document recognition and patient identity checks.
The trial page is planned. Participation in a drug trial is voluntary, and consent is confirmed by the signature of the participant or a legal representative on the information sheet. We can already read the participant’s documents — tell us about your task.
A document — from 16 ₽ per session, with Liveness — from 29 ₽, full name and SNILS — 5 ₽. An OMS policy, SNILS and forms by your form template — on request. Test period — 1 month.
Tell us how many patients register per day and which documents they bring. We will build a scenario and give you test access.
