The customer's document
The customer photographs their passport in the widget or in your app. The service recognises the document with no manual entry and checks it for signs of forgery and traces of editing.
A bank needs the Rosfinmonitoring watchlists and signals from the «Antifrod» state system, a microfinance firm needs a borrower check in minutes, a pawnshop needs identification on every deal. We have put together ready-made sets of checks for 12 types of financial institution: what to check, with what and how to switch it on.
* The algorithm is in the top-25 of NIST FRVT (March 2023) — the best result among participants from Russia
Each card shows what institutions of that type usually check and which products they need for it. A detailed page for every type will appear in this section.

The requirements of 115‑FZ are the same for almost every type of financial institution. Banks have additional obligations under the «Antifrod» state system. Below is what has to be done and by when.
NeuroVision automates the customer checks. Freezing funds, reporting to Rosfinmonitoring and decisions on the customer remain the responsibility of your compliance team.
115‑FZ — the obligations of every financial institution that falls under the law.

A typical onboarding flow at a financial institution — three steps from the document to the decision. You choose the set of checks at each step yourself, to suit your type of institution and your risk appetite.
A set for a financial institution is assembled from six products on one platform. Switch on only what you need — you pay for the checks performed.
Passport recognition and a forgery check on the document — through a widget or the API. Customer data with no manual entry.
Russian internal and international passports and documents from 195+ countries and territories turned into JSON with no manual entry, MRZ included.
Passport validity through SMEV, bailiff records, bankruptcy, court cases, tax numbers and financial scoring — more than 30 checks from 5 ₽.
The list of terrorists and extremists, the UN, OFAC, EU and UK lists and PEP status — in a single API call.
Corporate customers, lessees and counterparties: registers, the director, beneficial owners and a check on the representative.
Forged documents, face spoofing and multi-accounting; for banks, the handling of signals from the «Antifrod» state system.
The customer completes the check themselves, with no branch visit and no operator. The document, the face and the databases are all checked in one session.
The recognised passport goes straight into the database and watchlist checks. Staff handle only borderline cases rather than every application.
A watchlist match counts only on full name and date of birth together. Namesakes pass onboarding without manual review.
For every check the date, the source and the records found are stored. They can be filed with the customer's record and shown during an inspection.
Forged and edited documents, face spoofing and repeat sign-ups are stopped before any money is paid out.
You pay only for the checks performed: from 5 ₽ for Russian registers. Checks skipped for lack of data are not billed.

A financial institution needs a vendor it can show the regulator without embarrassment: data in Russia, a clear result for every check, and a price per check rather than per licence.
Documents, database checks, watchlists and sanctions are all connected through one API.
There is no need to reconcile the responses of three vendors to reach a decision on a customer.
