The document with no manual entry
A Russian passport or a foreign national's document is recognised in the app, with the name in Latin script taken from the MRZ. The document is checked for forgery and traces of editing.
Verification of fintech, wallet and money transfer users on a single platform: recognition of documents from 195+ countries and territories, checks against state databases, watchlists and sanctions, the police register of controlled persons, and real-time transaction monitoring.

Operators of electronic money, transfers and payment acceptance fall under 115‑FZ. Below are the obligations and limits that bear directly on customer onboarding and on handling transactions.
NeuroVision supplies the data for screening customers and transactions. The identification procedure, decisions on the customer, the freezing of funds and reports to Rosfinmonitoring are defined and carried out by the operator.
161‑FZ, art. 10(5) — the limits on an unidentified wallet.
115‑FZ — identification, the Rosfinmonitoring watchlists and politically exposed persons.
The police register of controlled persons and the «Antifrod» state system.
A payment service has to let the customer in quickly without letting a fraudster through — and then watch what they do. These are the tasks we are approached with most often.
The customer photographs their passport — the data is recognised with no manual entry, and the passport, tax number and social insurance number are checked against state databases. The operator then carries out identification under its own procedure.

Checking a merchant company or a payment agent before onboarding: the registers, the director, the beneficial owners and the representative.
Most often enabled:
Edited passports, screen photos, other people's numbers and burner phones, repeat sign-ups on the same details. Anti-fraud for fintech — before a card or a wallet is issued.
Most often enabled:
A 15,000 ₽ cap on the balance and 40,000 ₽ a month. Anti-fraud is what matters here: the phone number, repeat sign-ups and signs of a money mule — so that an anonymous wallet does not become a transit point.
Passport recognition and a validity check, the tax and social insurance numbers against state databases, and the Rosfinmonitoring list. The data feeds the procedure the operator carries out.
Sanctions and PEP status, the register of controlled persons for foreign nationals, and transaction monitoring.
The customer's tier is set by the law and by your own procedure.
NeuroVision supplies the checks for every tier.
The checks slot into the onboarding flow of your app or web account and return an answer before the customer gets access to transfers.
The transaction is checked before it completes
Configurable scenarios, thresholds and filters to match your risk policy. A suspicious transaction can be held or passed straight into review.
The schemes a «more than X roubles» rule never catches
Behavioural analysis finds structuring, smurfing, transit chains and cash-out: the system sees what is unusual for this particular customer.
Lists are not just for onboarding
The parties to a transaction are matched against sanctions lists and watchlists — OFAC, the EU, the UN and Rosfinmonitoring.
Every alert becomes a case with a history
The amount, the parties, the transaction history and the analyst's comments on one screen; statuses, assignments and report templates for the regulator.
Thousands of events per second
REST API, webhooks, CSV and ISO 20022; the cloud or an installation inside the operator's perimeter.
