Customer case studies
The format in which NeuroVision publishes implementation case studies: the task, the products connected and the results in figures that the customer has allowed us to show. We name companies only with their consent.
- Task customer In the customer’s own words
- Decision products KYC, AML, KYT
- Result in figures Period and comparison base
- Consent in writing Name — with the customer’s consent
- Task, solution and result in every case study
- Figures — from the customer, with the period and comparison base
- Company name — only with consent
How we publish case studies: task, solution, result
A case study on this page is not an advertising example but an implementation report. That is why all case studies follow the same format and the same rules.
-
Task
What the customer came with: manual passport checks, a stream of false positives, a growing customer base. In the customer’s own words, without exaggeration.
-
Decision
Which products were connected — KYC, document recognition, AML, KYT — and how: widget or API. If the integration time is known, we state it.
-
Results in figures
Two or three metrics with the period and comparison base: what it was before implementation and what it became after. The figures are provided by the customer; we do not round them in our favour.
-
Customer consent
We publish the company name, quote and employee name only with written consent. Without consent — the industry and scale instead of the name.
Case studies by industry: banks, fintech, microfinance organisations and the crypto industry
Select an industry to see which tasks NeuroVision products solve. Case studies appear in each tab after the customer’s consent. The products are listed at the top of each card — they show what to connect for a similar task.
Banks
Banks check customers under 115‑FZ when opening an account and monitor transactions afterwards.

Why some case studies have no company names
-
Compliance prefers silence
Banks and fintech companies rarely disclose how their customer checks work: it is part of their protection against fraudsters. That is why contracts often contain a confidentiality clause.
-
The figures remain real
An anonymous case study is not invented. The industry, scale, products and results in it are the same as in the customer’s report; only the attribution changes.
-

Questions about customer case studies
Contracts in the financial industry often contain a confidentiality clause, and a company’s logo and name are its property. That is why we publish a customer’s name only with written consent, and in other case studies we state the industry and scale.
From the customer’s reports and measurements: what it was before implementation and what it became after, over the same period. We do not recalculate or round them in our favour. The result depends on the customer flow, photo quality and workflow settings, so your figures may differ.
Leave a request — a manager will explain which implementations in your industry can be shown. A conversation with a customer is possible only with their consent.
The page has the tabs “Banks”, “Fintech” and “Crypto industry”; case studies appear in them after customers consent. Ready-made check workflows for other industries are in the “Industries” section; we will discuss which results can be shown in your industry at a meeting.
KYC is connected via REST API with documentation and Web SDK with a ready-made widget; the timeline depends on your workflow and is discussed at the demo. KYT transaction monitoring is connected depending on the project.
Tell your manager about your project. We will prepare a text in the “task, solution, result” format, agree it with you and publish it only after your approval — with the company name or anonymously.
On the “About the company” page — registries, history and company details; in news — company events.
Discuss your task with the NeuroVision team
Tell us whom you check now and how. We will show the products in a demo and calculate the cost; we will explain at a meeting which results can be shown in your industry.
